Tom has nearly thirty years of professional experience in civil engineering and management working in both the public and private sectors. Prior to Bluegrass Engineering, Tom worked as Project Manager for a consulting firm working on various projects including streetscapes, wastewater treatment plant improvements, water system improvements, storm water systems, gas and utility relocation.
